胖夫夫是上海的伴侣动物领养公益组织，也是宠物友好社区与企业社会责任合作机构。用商业思维，做温暖、能闭环的宠物公益。 Pangfufu is a Shanghai companion-animal adoption organisation, and a pet-friendly community and CSR programme partner. We practise warm, closed-loop animal welfare with commercial discipline.

我们专业策划有温度、能闭环的主题营销与公益项目：领养代替购买，社区共治，企业社会责任与城市文明同频。组织因创办者梦露的橘猫「胖夫夫」得名，谐音胖乎乎——善意从一只猫开始，长成一座城市的公共能力。 We design programmes that are warm and operationally closed-loop: adoption over purchase, community co-governance, and CSR that moves with the city’s civic agenda. The organisation is named after founder Selena’s ginger cat, Pangfufu — plump, beloved, and the first proof that private kindness can become public infrastructure.

长寿路、石门二路、高境、顾村、金杨、泗泾等街道现场行动。TNR、生命教育、宠物友好空间，进入真实小区。 On the ground in Changshou Road, Shimen No.2, Gaojing, Gucun, Jinyang, Sijing and more. TNR, life education, and pet-friendly space, inside real neighbourhoods.

为外资、游戏、互联网与上市公司设计可执行的宠物友好项目。合作记录包括华为、华润、网易严选、众安、迪士尼、莉莉丝。 Executable pet-friendly programmes for foreign-invested, gaming, internet and listed companies. Collaborations include Huawei, China Resources, Yanxuan, ZhongAn, Disney and Lilith.

自闭症动物辅助治疗、公立高中、网红书店脱口秀、保时捷车友会、高端养老院、海归社群。不卖惨，做连接。 Animal-assisted work with autism organisations, key public high schools, bookstore talks, Porsche clubs, elder-care homes, and diaspora communities. Connection, not pity.

创办者 袁梦璐（梦露）Selena Founder Menglu Yuan (Selena)
动物医学背景，备考执业兽医；宠物营养师；子品牌「胖爪领养」联合创始人。曾任五百强外企大客户顾问，现为创业者教育平台「一堂」上海地区 COO。核心 10 人，常驻 90 人，注册志愿者 360 人以上。团队从 80 后到 00 后。 Veterinary training and licensed-vet candidate; pet nutritionist; co-founder of Pangzhao Adoption. Former Fortune 500 advisor; Shanghai COO of the founder-education platform Yitang. Ten at the core, ninety resident, 360+ registered volunteers. The team spans the 1980s to the 2000s.
